A good beginning makes a good ending!

From March, 19th till April, 5th of current year a trip of RDC-Elet Director is planned across some CIS countries, selected for participation in a forthcoming subregional three-day seminar which is planned on the end of May, 2010. We will remind that representatives are invited to a seminar from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan.

During trip meetings with representatives of the Ministries of Agriculture of Kazakhstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan are outlined. Besides, negotiations on a question of participation and representatives from Turkmenistan, Armenia and Azerbaijan are carried on.

The purpose of forthcoming action is discussion of a role of the Ministries of Agriculture in development of a value chain of the agricultural production made in these countries. In addition, possibilities in which dialogue and cooperation between private and civil sectors can be structured and introduced, and also various ways with which help the Food and Agriculture Organisation of United Nations (FAO) to make the contribution to development of given direction will be considered.
